Drug addicted knocked on my door looking for meth several times

Quality of facility.

Staff. Owners. Being locked put of our room with our belongings in the room until we paid for another night. Forced to pay and stay another night.

the place was in a bad area of town and room was very dirty and unsafe shame on you for even haveing this hotel on your site

One of the worst hotel stay ever. I have nothing good to say about mone or my family's experience.

Drunks loitering, beds awful! Smelled like smoke. Pillowswe're like playdough and smelled like ashtrays. Men and women screaming and fighting all hours of the night. Desk agent in the morning fell asleep standing up 3 times during checkout.

The pictures were false advertisement. Bathtubs in both rooms were black on the bottom. My Aunt's room the bathroom ceiling was fallen down, The bathroom mirrors were dirty along with the tissues holder were all rusty, Outlets hanging out of the walls and a 220 volt cover plate missing. You could tell they patched drywall and did a real bad job. My Aunt would not take a shower there. even spending all day at the hospital. This is a 1 star hotel. See for yourself.

The hotel shows its age and could use some improvements, but the comfortable bed and friendly staff made the experience worthwhile. Breakfast was decent, and the cleanliness of the room was appreciated, though the outside areas and amenities need attention. A mixed bag overall, yet quite affordable.

The room had dirty sheets the man on duty name Steven was very rude!!!

The location easy and nice close to the zoo.

Walking into this hotel room was quite an unpleasant surprise. It was one of the dirtiest I've encountered. The sheets had visible stains, and the walls were less than sanitary. While the desk clerk mentioned an upgraded room with better air conditioning, it felt more like a forced retreat from an unwelcoming atmosphere outside. It was disappointing not to find basic cleanliness standards met, and the $50 deposit felt unfair given the circumstances. Very little could convince me to stay here again.

I was suprised at how quiet it was. I could not hear the neighbors or the traffic outside at all.

I got charge twice and I can't find the reservation number to get my money back guess I'm going to have to go through my bank. I paid 60.59 then another 50.00 for some reason...!!! Can't get a answer..!!!

Strongly recommend for a brief weekend stay

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a fast WiFi connection and a clean bathroom with great water pressure .

The facility appears a bit aging and could use some maintenance.

The room was extremely spacious and well heated, I had very nice experience.

the venue was recently refurbished, i truly enjoyed the stay and the location was easy near econo lodge, casino & downtown and different stores from location nice. i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel tv and ironing facilities.

Bed was comfy

cockroach in bathroom,room smelled musty and was obviously not cleaned recently.
